This is my first visit to Charmed by Exotix, how do I make a purchase?
There are 3 different ways to buy at charmedbyexotix.com.au
Option 1 – Click on the Charms Button at the top of the webpage. Step 1 Select your Charms. Then proceed to either Step 2 or Step 3. Step 2 Select the Necklace/Bracelet to put your Charms onto Step 3 Proceed to Checkout
Option 2 – Click on the Necklaces/Bracelets button at the top of the webpage. Step 1 Select your Necklace/Bracelet. Then proceed to either Step 2 or Step 3. Step 2 Select the Charms to put onto your Necklace/Bracelet. Step 3 Proceed to Checkout
Option 3 – Click on the Charm Creator button. Create your own collection with our easy to use virtual charm creator and proceed directly to Checkout.
What are your Shipping and Handling charges?
We provide Free delivery Australia wide no matter what size the purchase!
We only deliver within Australia.
How is my order shipped?
- How: Australia Post Registered Parcel Post.
- Signature on Delivery: Yes
- Insurance: Yes (up to $100)
How long before I receive my product?
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. Your order will shipped by Charmed by Exotix within one business day.
You should receive your order via Registered Post 1-3 business days from date of shipping in metropolitan Melbourne and Sydney. Other metropolitan cities within Australia will generally be received within 5 business days. For rural areas allow 7 business days.
What do I do if my product doesn’t arrive?
If your product does not arrive within 7 business days please contact your local Post Office to see if they are holding it for you. If they are not please contact us to look into the matter for you.

Other Payment Methods?
Offline payment by credit card, direct bank deposit and bank cheque can be made over the phone by calling 1300 799 471 (Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm)
Your order will be shipped once funds have cleared.
Is it safe to purchase online?
Yes. Your information is safe with Charmed by Exotix’s secure shopping cart service. When you send us your credit card information we encrypt these details to protect them from unlawful access. What is your Returns Policy?
We pride ourselves on great customer service and the highest quality charm bracelets and necklaces. A credit on other Charmed by Exotix goods will be considered after contacting us at returns@charmedbyexotix.com.au or on 1300 799 471 within 30 days of purchase. The items returned must be in resaleable condition and returned to Charmed by Exotix, 469 Hawthorn Road, Caulfield South VIC 3162 via Australia Post Registered Post with proof of purchase. Charmed by Exotix has a no cash refund policy.
What is your Warranty?
Charmed by Exotix charms are made with the highest quality sterling silver materials. Our products carry a 3 month warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and it shows a fault please contact us at returns@charmedbyexotix.com.au or on 1300 799 471 giving us the detail of your complaint and date of purchase. If the fault is inherent in the goods, we will promptly arrange to have the item replaced. We believe in looking after our customers honestly and with integrity. Our warranty does not cover misuse.

What are my Charms made of?
All Charmed by Exotix charms are made of top quality 92.5 % sterling silver. Sterling silver (92.5% silver, 7.5% copper) is the standard for Jewellery and has been since the 14th century. Add to this silver's value, durability, fashionability and consistent quality, and it is no wonder that it has retained its popularity over time.
Tips for looking after my Charmed by Exotix Jewellery
- Store you carriers and sterling silver charms in the fabric bag provided.
- Apply your deodorant, fragrance and hairspray before putting on your sterling silver charms to avoid discolouration.
- Roll your sterling silver chains in a circle to avoid pinching and bending of fine workmanship.
- Keep sterling silver free of tarnish by wiping regularly with an approved silver cloth (no silver dips). Certain skin types create more tarnish than others due to skin acidity. All our charms are 92.5% sterling silver. Please note that chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should not come into contact with your charms.
- Gold plated carriers and charms are designed for occasional wear. They should only be cleaned with a soft cloth.
- Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse. Avoid unnecessary damage to your charms by removing them before exercising, bathing or going to bed.
